Stars and Ice Cream

A girl I know really enjoyed the freedom and girly-ness of having simple, cotton dresses that she could wear to church, parties, visiting Gramma, or attending school. As a result I sewed her a few dresses that met these criteria. The dress has a neckline decorated with a small, scalloped collar, zips up the back, and is made with a light, fun, patterned material.
